Graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School. Dr. Chiri has worked in I/DD services for over six years, supporting individuals with complex behaviors, medical needs, and traumatic brain injuries.

With over six years of I/DD residential experience, Beredu manages staff and supports residents, ensuring structured routines and individualized supports.
Assistant Executive Director
Hawi holds a Master’s in Administration from the Carlson School of Management. She has three years of I/DD experience and supports organizational leadership, operations, and quality improvement.

A nurse with three years of experience in I/DD. Eyerusalem manages daily operations in Salem and ensures high-quality, compassionate care for residents.
We accept referrals from CDDP/case managers, providers, families, and guardians. Screenings consider health needs, behavior supports, community fit, and available openings.
